Ages 4–7

Mighty Champs

Where champions start. Mighty Champs is designed for ages 4–7 to build the foundations every young athlete needs: coordination, core strength, confidence, and the discipline to grow.

Every class is high-energy and fun — kids learn punching mechanics, footwork, and the habits of a real athlete without ever feeling like it's "just exercise."

No experience needed. All equipment provided in class.

Ages 8–13

Youth Boxing

Authentic Boxing 101 tailored to young athletes. Kids learn real punching technique, defensive movement, footwork, and basic combinations through mitt work, heavy bag drills, and partner exercises.

More than just boxing — Youth Boxing builds mental toughness, self-discipline, and the kind of confidence that transfers into every area of a kid's life.

No experience needed. Gloves and hand wraps required by week 2.

Adult · Beginner

Boxing Fundamentals

The most beginner-friendly class we offer. You will learn basic punching mechanics (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), stance, footwork, and simple combinations in a low-pressure, supportive environment.

Heavy bag and partner mitt work at your own pace. The perfect entry point for anyone with zero boxing experience.

Perfect starting point. No experience or equipment required on day one.

Boxing 101

This is the core of what we do. Strip away the gimmicks and focus on authentic boxing fundamentals — stance, punching mechanics, defensive movement, ring strategy, and real combinations that work.

A gritty team environment that welcomes beginners but challenges advanced students. Every class is coached, structured, and purposeful.

Gloves and hand wraps required. Talk to the front desk if you need gear.

Adult · Advanced

Advanced Boxing

For members who have built a solid boxing foundation in Boxing 101. Advanced drills, complex combination work, high-intensity heavy bag rounds, and structured situational sparring.

Coaches will challenge your fight IQ, sharpen your defensive reactions, and develop the ring awareness that separates good boxers from great ones.

Pre-requisite: Boxing 101. Coach invite required to join this class.

Muay Thai

The Art of Eight Limbs. Punches, kicks, knees, and elbows — you'll develop precise technique and real striking power across all eight weapons of Muay Thai.

Each class includes technique instruction, partner pad work, heavy bag drills, and situational exercises. Led by Coach Vince, who trained and fought professionally in Thailand.

All levels welcome. Gloves, shin guards, and mouthpiece required. Gear available for purchase at the gym.

Cardio Boxing

Real boxing training, maximum output. Footwork drills, high-volume heavy bag rounds, partner mitt work, and station circuits designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and build real cardiovascular endurance.

No prior boxing experience needed — this class is welcoming to all fitness levels while still pushing you harder than anything you'll find at a commercial gym.

Gloves required. All fitness levels welcome.

Boxing Mitts & Cardio

High-energy partner work combining focus mitt drills with conditioning circuits. Develop timing, accuracy, and hand speed while getting a serious workout.

Work directly with a partner using focus mitts, developing the rhythm and reaction speed you can't build on a bag alone.

All levels welcome. Gloves required.

Adult · Advanced Conditioning

Fight Camp

Build the power, explosiveness, and stamina of a competitive fighter. Fight Camp combines strength and conditioning principles with boxing-specific athleticism.

Expect plyometrics, sprint intervals, heavy resistance drills, intense bag rounds, and grueling station circuits. This class is designed to push your limits.

Some boxing experience recommended. High-intensity — come ready to work.
